The Hampton Inn at Radcliff is offering the same deal as last year. We currently have the entire second floor and the number is 270-351-5777. Use the code BOT to get the convention price the cut-off date for this is 17 Sep. So there is 8 double rooms, 8 standard rooms, 8 suites. If more room is needed it is not a problem then we will start on the third floor. These rooms will be the same rate as last year.

The New Garden Inn cannot commit this far out. They have an obligation to Soldiers first. They will contact me in August if they still have rooms available and then we can work out a deal with them.
